Refund Policy

48+ hours before the event, refund requests are automatic. Within 48 hours, the organizer reviews your request.

If you request a refund

You get the ticket subtotal back, minus the payment processing fee and IVA. Service and platform fees aren't refunded.

If the organizer cancels or doesn't hold the event

You get the full amount back, including all fees.

How to open a refund request

Open a refund request from your Orders page on graciasgracias.live, or contact the organizer directly from the event page.
